From idea to implementation: In 7 steps to real-time smart parking results for your parking lot.
Parquery provides real-time results that respond to the following questions:
The results can be retrieved through an Application Programming Interface (API) and integrated into an existing or new Smart Parking platform, or viewed on an interactive browser-based Dashboard.
Parquery develops solutions for end customers and works with operational partners. Our end customers are parking and facility managers who look for a comprehensive smart parking solution that can be tailored to their particular parking lot, is proven reliable, and can be deployed within a short time.
Let’s talk. A video call is the first step to figuring out whether or not Parquery is the right partner for you.
Our team will listen to you, answer your questions, understand and address your needs, concerns, and constraints. We can also give you a live demo and show the real-time results and structured analytics you will receive with our Smart Parking solution.
If we cannot match your needs, we will refer you to a partner company that can!

From a map or images of the parking lot, we can identify the optimal number of cameras and their most effective locations to cover the entire area.
If you’ve already installed cameras, all we need are image stills. You can send them to our cloud servers via the internet (ethernet cable, Wifi, 3G/4G SIM card). Alternatively, we can install our software on a server at your location.
If you have not yet got cameras, we ask you to send us a map of the parking areas you wish to monitor, based on which we will recommend ideal camera locations.

In a second call, we will discuss the envisaged project, revisit your priorities, needs, constraints, and specifics of the parking lot in question, and discuss options and considerations, such as:
server options (on-site or cloud)
options for delivering the results (dashboard or Application Programming Interface (API), data formats)
level of service (e.g., update interval, continuous or periodically)

At Parquery, we like to start a new project with a fully functional prototype that will demonstrate the results to you for your parking lot, in real-time, without commitment, and at little financial expenditure.
A successful prototype permits you to test the capabilities of smart parking hands-on on your parking lot: locate available parking spots in real-time and gather insight on how your premises are being used.

As soon as Parquery receives your camera images, we can deliver results. Initially, these results will achieve 95% accuracy, and after a maximum of four weeks, we guarantee 99% accuracy and verifiable results.
During this period, our Operations Team will train our software to adapt to your specific environment, identifying and compensating for potential edge cases, which include extreme shadowing, partial tree obstruction, adverse weather conditions, etc.
Our Operations Team will assist with API integration or guide you through the dashboard using an interactive tutorial.
By default, we provide the results via an API in a standard format (JSON, XML, etc.). This makes it easy to integrate the data into your platform, GIS interface, dynamic panels, Smartphone App, etc.
Alternatively, Parquery can deliver results via a browser-based dashboard with structured analytics. Feedback received from our 80+ clients confirms that our dashboard is remarkably user-friendly. It offers the following:
display available parking spots to drivers (e.g. retail, airports, corporate parking lots, etc.);
localize vehicles parked longer than authorized (e.g. exceeding the maximum duration, longer than paid for, electric vehicles parked without being charged, etc.);
ascertain general usage and statistics for each parking area (e.g. Are there underused areas? When are peak usage hours? etc.).

One month after the first results, we organize a meeting to receive feedback on your experience and adapt the dashboard to better suit your purposes.
Depending on your requirements and suggestions, we will also use this meeting to define the next step, the complete project.

A successful prototype provides us with a solid foundation for scaling up the solution for the entire parking area and executing the final project.

Parquery’s Operations Team will be at your side during the planning and setting up a new project and continues to support and assist you. At any time, we are keen to hear your feedback and evolving needs. A change in circumstances calls for a fresh approach.
Parquery's solution is easy to implement, and it is possible to use existing cameras.
It is an ideal solution, and is also more efficient than sensors.
